Tohoku University has started offering lectures and the students are back at the university. All students in the International Program for Liberal Arts (IPLA), an one-year exchange program in the fields of Economics, Management, Education and Literature, returned from their home countries to finish the program, and students from other various departments are also returning from their countries and prefectures as well.
